Wreck Diver Course (August 9-10)

Wreck diving students will learn to safely navigate wreck dives. We will explore specific hazards related to wreck diving and what safety practices can be put in place to offset the risk and ensure safe exploration of ship wrecks. Emphasis will be placed on navigation, recreational limits of wreck diving, planning, and laying line for penetration.

Divers will begin their wreck diver journey by completing e-learning online at their own pace before the first day of in person training. Once e-learning has been completed divers will meet at the dock on day one for a pre dive brief. Check on knowledge will be conducted on the trip to the dive site and a review of wreck diving theory.
