#1 PADI Discover SCUBA experience at Encounter SCUBA
Get your gills wet with a guided tour of the underwater world with top SCUBA professionals. This program is great for someone who wants to try SCUBA before committing to a multi day course. You will learn the very basics of SCUBA diving and get in the water as soon as safely possible with encounter SCUBA's certified staff.
#2 Fort Macon State Park
Tour the historic battle ground from the civil war. Fort Macon was originally a confederate position that was captured by Union soldiers after an epic battle ensued for this all important strategic position. There are several displays to show what life would have been like for the soldiers living here, and a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean from atop the wall. Admission is free which is always a plus.
#3 Tour Cape Lookout
Cape Lookout is the crown Jewel of the Crystal Coast. She draws visitors from far and wide to view her historic light house and all of the natural beauty that surrounds her on the island. Cape lookout can be reached by taking a short car ride over to Beaufort NC and then taking the Island express ferry. While you are there consider renting a UTV for an unforgettable experience of riding down the beach on a self guided tour.
